Holiday or longer absence: - Please inform us in advance - We can temporarily pause your account - This way you don't pay for weeks that you cannot take lessons

I already speak a little Dutch/Spanish. Should I start with the beginners course?

Why is this important? - Too easy = you'll be bored and waste time - Too hard = you'll get frustrated and demotivated - Just right = you'll learn quickly and with enjoyment

After the level assessment: - We discuss your results in a free introductory meeting - You will receive a personal learning path - We adapt the teaching material to your level.

Common scenario: Many students know grammar and vocabulary but struggle with speaking. In that case, we start at your grammar level, but focus more on speaking skills.
