- 01When can I start?You can start immediately. After registration, we will schedule your intake and first lesson as soon as possible.We work with a limited number of spots, which means there is sometimes a short waiting list.What does the first week look like after signing up?After registering, you get immediate access to the learning platform. We will schedule an intake and your first lesson.In the first week, you will get acquainted with the platform, start with assignments, and we will create your learning plan together.I already know a little Dutch/Spanish. Do I have to start with the beginner's course?No. With a free level assessment, we determine your level and ensure you start at exactly the right point.How does the free level assessment work?You take a short online test (reading, listening, and grammar). Afterwards, you receive personalized advice and a clear learning path.I do not live in the Netherlands. Can I still study with you?Yes. The classes are 100% online and we schedule taking your time zone into account. We have students all over the world.Can I pass the civic integration exam with your course?Yes. Our courses prepare you for B1 level, the required level for the civic integration exam.Is there a waiting list or a limited number of spots?Yes. We work with a limited number of spots per period to guarantee personal guidance.If we are full, we will place you on a short waiting list and contact you as soon as there is a spot available.
- 02How exactly does the Next Level Learning method work?You combine independent learning via our online platform (with assignments and automatic feedback) with weekly 1-on-1 speaking lessons.This way, you practice all skills, but use the lesson time for speaking and personal guidance.What is the difference between 30 and 60 minutes of coaching per week?The difference lies in the amount of personal speaking time with your teacher.Both options provide full access to the platform and guidance, but with 60 minutes you get more in-depth information and feedback.What is the difference between you and other online language schools?With us, you don't just learn through exercises, but you apply the language directly in personal conversations.You receive a tailored approach, consistent guidance, and a combination of self-study and live coaching.How fast can I learn a language with your method?On average, you reach A2 in 6–9 months and B1 in about 12 months at 3–4 hours per week.This depends on your starting level and effort.
- 03On which days do you teach?Most classes take place on Thursday evenings and Sundays.What are your class times and in which time zone do you schedule?The lessons are mainly scheduled in the evening (Dutch time / CET) and on Sundays during the day and in the evening.Can I also request lessons on other days or times?In some cases, customization is possible, depending on availability.What happens if I have to miss a class?You can reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In emergencies, we will find a solution together.What if I can't make it for an extended period (e.g., vacation)?We can temporarily pause your program so that you do not miss any lessons and do not pay for weeks in which you are unable to attend.

- 05Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?Yes. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate with your achieved level and results.How do assessment and resits work?Your progress is continuously monitored through assignments and feedback.If something is not going well yet, you can practice extra or repeat parts.
- 06The price depends on the amount of personal coaching (30 or 60 minutes per week).You pay weekly and everything is included: access to the platform, guidance, and feedback.Because you also practice independently for several hours a week in addition to the lessons, the effective price per hour of learning is relatively low.Click here for all rates
